Project Overview:
Polo’s Houses is an exclusive residential development comprising 9 luxury houses, each with 480 m² of built area. Designed by the acclaimed architect Isay Weinfeld, with landscape design by Maria João d’Orey, the project harmonizes contemporary architecture with thoughtfully integrated outdoor living spaces, set in a refined countryside setting.

As Architect/Design Manager, I led the coordination and integration of all design disciplines, ensuring alignment between architectural and landscaping strategies, technical execution, and the developer’s expectations.

 

Core Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Acted as the central liaison between the concept architect, landscape designer, and technical consultants to guarantee a cohesive design narrative.

• Project Oversight: Managed the entire project lifecycle—from preliminary studies to on-site execution—ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintained clear, ongoing communication with all parties involved to resolve challenges and maintain alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.

• Design Integration: Ensured the seamless integration of indoor and outdoor spaces to preserve the project's architectural and environmental vision.

• Construction Supervision: Oversaw contractor work on site, aligning execution with approved documentation and ensuring high construction standards.

Outcome:
I played a vital role in the successful realization of this 9-unit, 480 m² residential project. My leadership ensured that the design intent was faithfully executed, delivering a high-end living experience that reflects the architectural and landscape excellence envisioned from the outset.
