Project Overview:
The Golf Club House I is a prestigious clubhouse designed for an exclusive golf course. The project seamlessly integrates landscape architecture and functional design to create a welcoming, high-end environment for both golfers and visitors.

As Senior Landscape Architect, I was responsible for overseeing the entire landscaping process, ensuring that design elements were executed to the highest standards and within the project's parameters. I worked closely with the lead landscape designer and the project team to ensure smooth project delivery.

• Implementation Oversight: Managed the entire lifecycle of landscaping work, from design interpretation to final installation, ensuring alignment with the approved design.

• Procurement and Contracting: Handled the procurement process, including negotiations, contracting, and securing the necessary materials and services for successful project delivery.

• Contract Management: Monitored contract compliance, ensuring contractors adhered to the terms and quality standards while resolving any issues that arose during execution.

• Technical Guidance: Provided technical oversight to ensure the quality and accuracy of the landscaping work, maintaining consistency with the design intent.

• Schedule and Budget Management: Managed the project timeline and budget, ensuring that both financial and physical deadlines were met throughout the implementation phase.

 

Outcome:
I played a key role in the successful implementation of the landscaping design for the Golf Club House I, ensuring all aspects of the landscaping were delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The project reflects a harmonious blend of design and function, contributing to the prestige of the golf club.
