Fazenda Boa Vista is one of Brazil’s most prestigious and fully integrated countryside developments, located at km 102.5 of the Castello Branco Highway in Porto Feliz, São Paulo. Spanning over 12 million m², the development is a benchmark in high-end real estate and luxury lifestyle integration. The project combines native landscapes with carefully curated architecture and world-class leisure amenities.

My Role & Contributions:
I joined the Fazenda Boa Vista team at the inception of the project as an intern and advanced to the position of Project Manager. This journey allowed me to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across all project stages:

Participated in conceptual development, design coordination, and implementation

Supported technical detailing, procurement, contractor management, and design execution

Oversaw the handover process to homeowners and stakeholders
-
Post-handover, I was appointed to the landscape maintenance management team, where I was responsible for all common green areas and outdoor amenities, ensuring long-term quality and continual improvements
Project Milestones:
Completion of 885 high-end units
Seamless integration between native vegetation and designed landscape
Recognition as a national reference in luxury real estate and environmental design
