Project Overview:
Fasano’s Hotel is a landmark development within the Fazenda Boa Vista complex, blending contemporary architecture with elegant natural surroundings to offer an exclusive hospitality experience. The landscape design aimed to enhance the serene countryside atmosphere while maintaining the brand’s refined aesthetic.

As Landscape Architect, I supported the principal designer in transforming the conceptual vision into detailed and executable plans. I also contributed significantly during the implementation phase, ensuring the project's design integrity and technical precision were maintained on-site.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design Coordination: Interpreted and developed the landscape design concept into technical drawings and detailed plans, ensuring feasibility and design consistency.

• Procurement Support: Assisted in selecting materials and liaising with suppliers to guarantee quality and timely delivery aligned with the design intent.

• Site Supervision: Oversaw the landscape implementation phase, providing technical input and ensuring alignment with project specifications.

• Contractor Interface: Acted as a point of contact for landscape contractors, addressing site issues and ensuring high standards of workmanship.

• Quality and Timeline Monitoring: Tracked progress to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgetary constraints while maintaining design quality.

 

Outcome:
My contribution as Landscape Architect helped deliver a refined and cohesive outdoor experience for Fasano’s Hotel, integrating luxury and nature. The project stands as a reference in high-end hospitality landscaping, achieving both aesthetic and functional excellence.
