• Landscaping: Updated the Masterplan. Maintained the landscaping of the entire Fazenda Boa Vista complex. Implemented a team specialized in improvements. Managed a third-party contract, followed SLA metrics. Interfaced the operational team with the administrative team, aligning procedures, quality and deliveries.

• Inspection of Works and Projects: Managed the entire process of work inspection and project approval of the enterprise. Carried out the creation and coordination of the team for the project analysis following the Urban Restrictions and Norms in accordance with the respective municipalities (Porto Feliz and Iperó).

• Projects: Created and coordinated an Architecture team to carry out studies and improvement projects, in addition to inserting standards into existing amenities, maintaining product quality and/or exceeding user expectations. Designed and created new amenities and updated the Masterplan.

• Waste: Managed all waste from the project, carried out the correct destination and respective certifications. Successfully inspired the creation of a sustainability committee with the associates, responsible for implementation actions through campaigns.

• Landscaping: Acted as the architect responsible for the execution of all activities in the common areas and amenities of Fazenda Boa Vista project. Managed the Implementation of phases 02, 03, 04, 05, 06 and 08, covering streets, squares, lakes and villas. Interfaced between the conceptual landscaper and the developer, guaranteeing the final delivery quality. Main projects: Hotel Fasano, Fazenda Boa Vista Headquarters, Spa, Golf Club House I and II, Kids Club, Golf Course I and II, Emporium, Equestrian Headquarters, Equestrian Bays, Campus I and II, Courts, Center maintenance of Golf I and II, operational and support areas.

• Project coordination: Interfaced between the concept architect and complementary designers, guaranteeing the result expected by the developer. Coordinated and managed contractors from the basic and preliminary studies to project execution. Interfaced between all designers to ensure the quality, cost and deadline of the project.

• Coordination of works: Managed the project from the bid phase, ensured the delivery phase followed the executive project developed in the previous stage. Negotiated and contracted suppliers, provided physical and financial control. Covered residences, fieldwork, common areas of the condominium and infrastructure. Acted as the architect responsible for the work of 11 high standard houses (triple A), Golf Club House II, Squash Courts, Covered Tennis Court and Ecumenical Center.

• Infrastructure Works: Assisted the infrastructure team in conducting reports and concepts for the project. Underground electrical, data, lighting networks; water, sewage, drainage; earthworks, paving, construction of lakes, water and sewage treatment plants, construction of dikes, etc.
