Project Overview:
The Ecumenical Center is a tranquil, inclusive space designed to support spiritual connection across various faiths. The project brought together modern architectural expression with carefully integrated landscape design to foster a serene, meditative atmosphere.

As Project Manager, I was responsible for leading the development and execution of the project, ensuring that the architectural and landscape visions were fully integrated and delivered to the highest standards. My work covered all project phases—from early design coordination to final construction and handover.​

Core Responsibilities:

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Acted as the central liaison between architects, landscape designers, engineers, and the client to align objectives and ensure cohesive design integration.

• Project Oversight: Managed the full project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, and construction supervision to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

• Stakeholder Communication: Maintained consistent, transparent communication with all stakeholders to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure expectations were met.

• Design Integration: Oversaw the seamless blending of architectural and landscaping elements to preserve the spiritual and aesthetic intent of the space.

• Contractor Management: Supervised on-site activities, coordinated contractors, and ensured adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Schedule and Budget Control: Monitored financial and physical progress to ensure the project remained within budget and on schedule.

 

Outcome:
My leadership in the Ecumenical Center project ensured the successful realization of a harmonious and inclusive spiritual environment. Through strategic coordination and hands-on project management, I delivered a space that reflects the project's core values of unity, serenity, and accessibility.
